All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for items that have been used.
Exception for Damaged Items:
We take great care in packaging every item. However, in the rare case that an item arrives damaged, we have a clear policy to protect you.

Check Before You Pay: We ask that you carefully inspect your order for any damage before paying the delivery person.

Immediate Return: If you find a damaged item, please show it to the delivery person and return it to them immediately. Do not pay for the damaged item.

Contact Us: Once the damaged item has been returned, please contact us immediately at fashionkuribd@gmail.com or https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61576937930341 with a photo of the damaged package (if possible) and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange to send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
Important Note: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for damaged items once they have been accepted by you and the delivery has been paid for.
